Osmotics' optimal performance shampoo is uniquely formulated for thinning, fine or weak hair and for use in combination with FNS Follicle Nutrient Serum. Its gentle, yet thorough cleansing action removes sebum buildup while essential vitamins and minerals promote stronger, thicker, healthier hair. This advanced formula contains an extremely mild surfactant (lathering agent) along with a specific combination of natural ingredients that perfectly prepare the scalp to receive the optimal benefits from follicle nutrient serum.

These key ingredients include:

1	Niacin - A natural vasodilator that prepares the hair follicles for optimal absorption of F N S.

2	Laminaria cloustponii - A natural algae extract that inhibits 5alpha reductase, which has been shown to play a significant role in hair loss.

3	Rosemary Oil - A pure essential oil that is stimulating and beneficial for the scalp and hair.

Directions For Use:
Wet hair thoroughly and apply shampoo. Gently work lather into scalp and hair. You will notice a slight tingling sensation; this is normal. Rinse well and blot hair with towel. Follow with FNS Follicle Nutrient Serum to moist scalp for optimal results. Style as usual.

Shari : I started using the FNS Shampoo. It works well at cleansing the hair and scalp. It does leave the hair a little stiff, but when you use it in conjunction with the serum it isn't as noticeable and I usually use it at night.
